Every great journey begins with a dream. Ours began with a young boy from Kundapur—Mr. Thimmappa N.—who arrived in Bangalore at the age of eight with little more than determination and hope. What followed was not just a personal success story, but the foundation of a hospitality legacy built on humility, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to service.
Starting his career as a hotel cleaner, Mr. Thimmappa N. learned the hospitality industry from the ground up. With perseverance and a relentless desire to grow, he rose steadily through the ranks, working as a waiter and later mastering the culinary arts as a chef. Each role shaped his understanding of people, food, and the essence of genuine hospitality—where every guest is treated with respect, warmth, and care.
In 1996, this vision took physical form with the opening of New Sagar Fast Food in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. What began as a modest restaurant quickly earned the trust and loyalty of guests through its consistent quality, honest flavors, and welcoming atmosphere. New Sagar Fast Food became more than a place to eat—it became a neighborhood institution, known for value, reliability, and heartfelt service.
Encouraged by this success, the journey continued with steady expansion. In 2002, the Banashankari branch was opened, followed by the ESI, Rajajinagar location in 2012. Each milestone reflected the same core philosophy: uncompromising quality, operational discipline, and an experience that made guests feel at home. These establishments strengthened the brand’s reputation and laid the groundwork for a broader hospitality vision.
In 2019, that vision reached new heights with the launch of NTS Sagar Palace in Kundapur—a grand convention center designed to host events for over 4,000 guests. From weddings and celebrations to corporate gatherings, NTS Sagar Palace stands as a landmark destination, blending scale, elegance, and flawless execution. It represents our ability to evolve while staying rooted in our values.
Alongside this, NTS Yatri Nivasa, a hotel and restobar in Kundapur, was created to serve travelers and locals alike with comfort, convenience, and refined dining. Thoughtfully designed and professionally managed, it reflects our commitment to delivering hospitality experiences that are both warm and contemporary.
Our latest milestone, NTS Nirvana Suites in Bangalore, marks a new chapter in our journey. A boutique luxury hotel, Nirvana Suites brings together modern design, personalized service, and serene comfort—crafted for today’s discerning traveler. It is a natural evolution of our brand, where tradition meets sophistication.
